Candidate Contact System and OnBase users no longer have to input the Candidate ID, Candidate Name, and the Election Cycle for the Document Type CC – Candidate Contact Record Attachment. The ECM Team has implemented technology that allows the user to only input the Contact Number and Description Keywords. Please note that since Candidate ID, Candidate Name, and Election Cycle are to be filled in automatically, they are no longer considered mandatory keywords. 


To Index the Document Type CC – Candidate Contact Record Attachment type in the Contact Number and the Contact Record Attachment Description. Once you are done check to make sure that the Contact Number that you entered is correct. The Candidate ID, Candidate Name, and Election Cycle will be looked up and filled in based on the Contact Number. It is important that it is entered correctly. After verifying the Contact number you entered is correct, click on the Import button. The Candidate Contact Record Attachment will be saved to OnBase.



Once the document is in Onbase, the Candidate Name, Candidate ID, and Election Cycle keywords will now be filled in. If you do Document Retrieval by Contact Number for the Candidate Contact Record Attachment, it will have the correct Candidate Name, Candidate ID, and Election Cycle.
