Ø What's New
The Audit workflow has been
enhanced to include new workflow for DARs and an enhancement to IDR workflow.
New DAR Notification Workflow
· Newly completed DARs processed in the workflow will send a notification to Sauda, Danielle, the Senior Auditor Group and the Auditor.
· Additional information received for completed DARs will generate a notification to the same people.
· We have added a new keyword for the Post Mark Date field. This keyword will only be mandatory for newly completed DARs and update the CFIS system.
Enhanced IDR Notification Workflow
· Additional information received for completed IDRs will generate a notification to Sauda, Danielle, the Senior Auditor Group and the Auditor.
· We have added a new keyword for the Post Mark Date field. This keyword will only be mandatory for newly completed IDRs and update the CFIS system.
These enhancements do not impact any other workflows.
Ø Issues Addressed
These enhancement requests improves the current Audit workflow.
