OnBase has updated the updated the delivery type keyword options for CD – ENF/DAR/IDR to include:  HAND, INTERNET, MAIL, and GOOGLE.

If the delivery type is MAIL, a query will be done to verify if there is a related document based on the candidate, election, and doc type.  When there isn’t a related document and the post mark date is blank, the user will be required to enter a post mark date.

This enhancement does not impact any other workflows.

Issues Addressed

This enhancement request improves the current Document Processing workflow.
