Occasionally, you will receive a ticket claiming that the task bar is missing. Without this task bar, users will be unable to use Ad Hoc Tasks in workflows and System Tasks in Document Retrieval. In order to correct this issue, you must go to their PC and check this setting. If you are doing support remotely, you can guide the user into doing the following:
Open up the Onbase Client. On the file menu, go to Window > Tasks Bar
Once this is checked, the user will be able to see the System/Ad Hoc Tasks again.
